Hello eveyone! It has been some time since I wrote here in my blog. What a weird experience withe the world shut down because of corona..Hopefully it will be better soon and we will continue living like we were used before.
Happy to say that my photography has been featured in PX3 Prix De La Photographie Paris competition. And this time I wanted to share with you the photos that I took on that day when the tornado warning was issued in Sarasota, Florida.

Here is the link for the pics.

Not that much left and the days will get longer...Miss sunny days so much...We do not have that many hours with sun during the winter months. But we can dream...Anyway, I have updated my NATURE SECTION, where you will find new nature pics from my surroundings and some other countires and places. If you like smth and wanna have a print or a file with my pics, just feel free to drop me a note. Some of my prints are sold in limited edition.
Also, I love portraits...so as you already have noticed I started posting them too.

How cool is that when the team Europe defeats the team World this weekend! What a wonderful show and what an epic final... a match between Alexander Zverev and Milos Raonic! It was absolutely breathtaking and such a fun to watch. Congratts Team Europe and well played Team World! Both teams deserved to win. Such a brilliant idea of Roger Federer to innitiate a Laver Cup...love love
Have updated my website..Will try to post my new pics on the first page of my website that will stay there for a short while and later will be moved to the appropriate section. Happy Monday everyone!

Time is just flying...Weekend is here again. I really love BW photography so I will try to post more in bw. Hope you all have had a really great week everyone. Can't wait to watch the US final. Nadal is coming closer and closer to Federer's 20th slam..Wonder who's gonna be crowned this year....Have a great weekend everyone!

It was some time ago since I wrote in my blogg. Have been quite busy with different projects. And was enjoying the summer that ended so quickly...Would be so nice with extra 3 months of really nice weather...And just hope that the fall will be at its best.... Meanwhile I really enjoyed collaborating with the Swedish company Beux of Sweden. If you are fashion interested you might visit their website beuxof sweden.com for their lovely products.

Decided to post my Florence photographs for bigger screens. In most of the cases I feel sorry that I cannot show the small nice details in my photographs. I feel that my small sized pictures are not really telling the true story that I want them to do...So I thought I would be posting close-ups as well. To see close-ups please check the link Gallery/Full Screen Photos.

Back from Florence and I think my 12th trip to Italy. I have left my heart and my soul in Italy. Every time I go there I feel like I am going home. It’s something special about Italy. It’s simply too beautiful where you can find everything you need and make your soul sing... It’s like a museum under the open sky. Every little place is a piece of magic with its own history. Every time I go there I wanna stay there forever.

I am posting my photographs with Florence like postcards. I have also included the most famous quotes about Florence and Italy as I guess I am not alone feeling this way.....

All photos are available as high resolution files. If you would like to use these pics for your own projects, please feel free to drop me a note.

It was a big honor for me to record the historic moments of the vernissage with the exceptional sculpture artist Marylyn Hamilton Gierow. Vernisage was held 9 February, 2019 at Tomarps Kungsgård in Skåne, Sweden. Marylyn's work speaks for itself. Her signature is horse sculptures in bronze. Marylyn is represented by the National Museum in Stockholm and Gripsholms Porträttgalleriet. Her work can be found exhibited in many places among them Astrid Lindgren Childrens' Hospital.
In this exibition, along with Marylyn's sculptures we can also enjoy Gösta Gierow's (her husband) work in tiles and graphics.

The exibition will be held until 17 March, 2019.
For more information please visit Tomarps Kungsgård's webpage.
Please also visit Marylyn Hamilton Gierow's webpage to find out more.

It was snowing a bit here in the South part of Sweden. And I was hoping for a lot of snow. But I guess I will have to go up to the North to enjoy the white nature and to take a few shots...
Anyway, I am very happy to have my photography published in the journal of PX3 PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS. Very proud to be among the other talanted photographers.
